NZSO Membership
If you are unsure of your membership status please contact Lauren Broughton lauren@conference.nz to confirm. All current members will receive an email prior to registration opening confirming their registration status and membership number. You must provide this membership number during the registration process to access the member registration fees.
If you are not a member you have the option during the registration process to add a membership to your registration. By including membership in your conference registration, you agree to become a current financial member of NZSO.

As we are now within 30 days of the event, accommodation bookings have closed via the registration form. If you still require accommodation please contact leanne@conference.nz with your check in/out dates and your preferred hotel from those listed below. Availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.

Copthorne Hotel Auckland City | 450m from venue
Located close to Auckland’s scenic harbour, the Copthorne Hotel is a 4-star property offering spacious guest accommodation and great views over the city and the water. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Queen Street and Auckland CBD.
The Copthorne Hotel Auckland City has 110 comfortable guest rooms, all of which feature a balcony offering a variety of views. Some of the rooms overlook Waitemata Harbour, whilst others overlook the city skyline and surrounding parklands.
The hotel has a restaurant and bar which is open daily and serves a good range of international food. Just a short walk away, guests will find many restaurants and shops in the Viaduct Harbour complex.

Hotel terms and conditions
- Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax). Rates do not include breakfast.
- Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the NZSO Conference 2024 are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
- Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.
- In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
- Credit card details are encrypted in the online registration system database and stored in an electronic vault. The payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.
- If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Leanne at Conference Innovators.
- If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Leanne Sherwood leanne@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the dates held by the organisers.
